2. Flexible Rate Conditions (30 days)
The 30-day Flexible Rate allows free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Payment will be made 30 days before check-in, after verification of the identity document belonging to the credit card holder.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

The 5-day Flexible Rate allows free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Payment will be made 5 days before check-in, after verification of the identity document of the credit card holder.
In case of cancellation more than 5 days before arrival or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

4. Non-Refundable Rate Conditions
The Non-Refundable Rate requires payment for the entire stay at the time of booking.
A valid credit card is required for billing purposes.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, no refund will be given.

Milan Retreats accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, CartaSi, Maestro.

6. Secure website
The booking service on www.milanretreats.com is provided by Krossbooking, a software equipped with GeoTrust SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL encrypts your name, credit card number and expiry date before transmission over the network. This makes the Internet transaction secure and ensures that all sensitive data will be kept confidential.
The identity document data received from guests on any medium and by any means will be deleted within 7 days after registration on the State Police accommodation portal and, together with all data relating to each booking, will remain stored in electronic format on servers hosted by the management provider Krossbooking.com or in the data centres used for this purpose by Solutions Plus S.r.l., based in Bari, Sp156 Bitonto – Palese Aeroporto, 28 – VAT number 07375150724

7. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: from 2 p.m.
• Check-out: by 11 a.m.

8. Discounts for children
One child up to 3 years old stays free of charge in a cot or in their parents' bed (upon request and subject to availability).

9. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €6.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under 18 are exempt.

10. Rules of conduct and smoking ban
Guests are required to respect the rules of good cohabitation.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
Violation will result in a penalty of €250.00 for extraordinary cleaning.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, including any future changes, apply to all bookings made through the website, telephone, email or third-party distributors.
